The drawer slides are suitable for 18-20 inch drawers. For installation, ensure the two slide rails are parallel to each other, and the drawer portion slides parallel to the cabinet portion at the same level. Note that the space between the drawer and cabinet wall should be 0.75 inches on each left and right side, totaling 1.5 inches (the inside cabinet width minus the outside drawer width). Mounting screws are not included, so you can purchase different M6 screws based on your specific installation requirements.

Constructed with 2.5mm thick Q235 steel plates, these slides boast high density and strength, offering a load capacity 5 times greater than ordinary slides. They can safely support up to 500 lbs and have undergone 800,000 cycles of full-load opening and closing tests without damage. With a service life of at least 30 years, the slides feature an electroplated blue zinc surface treatment, providing excellent oxidation resistance and anti-corrosion capabilities.

The drawer slides come with a hold-still lock feature. A yellow handle allows you to lock and unlock the slides. When fully extended or closed, the slides will automatically lock, preventing casual sliding and keeping the drawer stable and secure. To unlock, simply press the lock handle on both sides of the slide set gently.

Featuring a 3-fold full extension design, the slides have a width of 3 inches (76mm), a length of 18 inches (excluding the lock), and a fully extended length of 36 inches (900mm). This enables the drawer to be pulled out completely, allowing easy access to the entire storage space. The slides are suitable for a wide range of applications, including goods shelves, industrial drawers, mechanical cabinets, RVs, trucks, vending machines, safety drawers, exhibition drawers, and heavy-duty truck drawers.
